These terms cover this website and the pre-launch waitlist. They are not terms of sale — nothing is on sale yet.
1. This site
This site is operated by Majumder LLC, a limited liability company. By using it you accept these terms.
It advertises a product that is not yet for sale. Nothing here is an offer to sell and no contract arises from it. When we start selling, separate terms of sale will apply and you will see them before you buy.
2. The waitlist
Submitting a preference commits neither of us to anything. The first production run is planned as one hundred total pieces, not one hundred guaranteed customer places. We intend to offer early access in signup order, but cannot promise a particular item, size, date, price, or that the first run happens at all.
We may remove a signup we reasonably believe is automated, fraudulent, or made with someone else's address, and we rate-limit the form against abuse.
3. Specifications and photography
The figures on this site describe the specification we are building the first run to. Physical pre-production samples are in real-life evaluation, supplier reports have been received, and independent U.S. laboratory scopes have been requested. We will publish completed independent reports, including any that lead us to improve a piece, before making claims that depend on them.
Measured values will carry normal manufacturing and measurement tolerance, and a laboratory test describes performance under defined conditions rather than a promise about every real-world one. Photography is illustrative; color varies between screens. If we find a published figure is wrong, we will correct it and say so.
4. Use, availability and law
Do not use this site unlawfully, submit an address that is not yours, try to break into it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it, or introduce malicious code. The site, its text, photography and the SIAFRA name are ours; personal use is fine, commercial use is not without our permission.
The site is free and we do not guarantee it will always be available. We are not liable for lost profit, lost business, or any loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, and nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
