This is the guarantee behind every piece we release. Wear your SIAFRA through ordinary daily life. If the gold finish visibly fades, send it back and we’ll trade it for the same piece—or the closest available alternative.

- Send us your order details and a clear photograph. We’ll confirm the trade and replace it with the same piece, or the closest available alternative.
- What it does not cover
- Loss, theft, accidental breakage, scratches, dents, or pieces altered by someone else. Your separate return rights will be published before orders open.
The work behind the promise
Our samples are holding their finish through real-life wear. We have received supplier testing reports and requested independent testing scopes from U.S. laboratories. We’ll keep evaluating, improving and publishing the evidence—but the guarantee already stands.
