Can I sleep in them?
They are small and close to the lobe, which is what makes that comfortable. Whether you should sleep in earrings is a matter for you and your piercer.
How big are they?
Small, sitting close to the ear rather than hanging. Exact dimensions are published once the first run is manufactured.
Will it turn my skin green?
That mark comes from copper in a brass base reacting with sweat and soap. There is no brass here: the core is stainless steel under an 18K gold PVD finish.
